Paola Nuñez has been announced as the newest cast member of the new Bad Boys film!
The Mexican-born actress will play criminal psychologist Rite in Bad Boys For Life, according to Deadline. It was also announced that Guyanese actor Jacob Scipio will portray the villain of the film.
It's been a stellar year for Nuñez, who was just announced as part of the cast of La Reina Del Sur, set to return to Telemundo in 2019.
She is also set to return to the AMC western drama The Son, when season two premieres in April.
The third installment of the Bad Boys films will focus on Miami P.D.'s AMMO team, led by Nuñez's Rite, and their adventures as they go after druglord Armando Armas, played by Scipio.
Rite just so happens to be Mike Lowrey's (Will Smith) ex-girlfriend and who is the "one that got away."
No updates yet about Smith's good friend Nicky Jam, who confirmed to Latina.com that he auditioned for the film but shared no other details.
